Krivan – 2495 m – the most beautiful peak of Slovakia for some

We succeeded – Škofja Loka mountaineers – also one peak in Slovakia. This is 2495 m high Krivan. We drove past Štrbské Pleso to the parking at Three Springs at 1500 m. To the actual starting point at Jamské Lake you walk almost one hour on asphalt. Car drive here is not possible. This was our longest tour – together up and down more than seven hours. No huts in between. On return you can go at the lake for a drink – here nice inn. We had a bit bad weather. Occasionally lost in fog. But summit we conquered.
