Lovrenc na Pohorju - Turn (at Klopni vrh) (via Zgornji trg)

Access to starting point:
A) From the road Maribor - Dravograd, between HE Fala and HE Ožbalt we turn left towards Lovrenc na Pohorju (from the direction Dravograd we turn right). On the other side of Drava we start ascending along Radoljna, and at the marked crossroad, we go slightly right on the main road towards Lovrenc na Pohorju. When we get to the settlement Lovrenc na Pohorju we follow the main road, in the center of the settlement, we turn right towards the primary school, where we park on a parking lot by the school. We can also park elsewhere in the settlement, where there are a few organized free parking spots.
B) We drive into Ruše, and then we follow the road towards Lovrenc na Pohorju. In the settlement Činžat we get to a saddle, where the road starts descending, and lower we go left towards Lovrenc na Pohorju. When we get to the settlement Lovrenc na Pohorju we follow the main road, in the center of the settlement, we turn right towards the primary school, where we park on a parking lot by the school. We can also park elsewhere in the settlement, where there are a few organized free parking spots.

Route description:
From the parking lot, we return to the center of the settlement, and then we ascend by the main road towards the southwest. After a few minutes, we get to a marked crossroad, where we continue left in the direction of Klopni vrh and Pesek. A gentle descent follows, and when the road turns right, we again start lightly ascending. The path ahead leads us past the filial church of St. Radegunda, where there is also an option of parking. We continue on a sidewalk, and when the sidewalk ends we go right on a side road, on which we quickly get to another road which we follow to the right. Further, we walk also past the last houses of the settlement Lovrenc na Pohorju, and the road passes into the gorge of the stream Radoljna.
On the part, where the gorge narrows we get to a marked junction.
We continue left over the bridge in the direction of Klopni vrh (straight Koča na Pesku), and after the bridge we go right, and then we ascend past a few houses. In the upper part of the hamlet, where we also go past the last house we get to the stream, by which we continue on a cart track. When we get to the forest, the path turns left and it ascends diagonally. Higher blazes from the cart track direct us slightly to the right on a footpath which a little ahead crosses a forest road. A little further, we find ourselves on another cart track, and at the junction of cart tracks we go right, so that we for some time ascend diagonally towards the right. Also further follow quite a few junctions, where we follow the blazes, and higher we reach the next forest road. We continue across the road (right Drtičnikovo), where after some 10 steps of further ascent we get to a marked junction, where we join the path which leads via Spodnji trg.
We continue towards Klopni vrh, and further follow a few junctions, so we carefully follow the blazes, we have to be especially careful at the part of the clearing, where we go from the cart track left on a path. When we return into the forest we go also past a spring, and a little higher we cross a poor forest road. Further also follow a few junctions, and the path gradually brings us on the northern ridge of Turn. A little further on one of the trees we notice the inscription Turen, and we follow the marked path also a little ahead, or to the spot, where it stops ascending.
On this part we leave the marked path and we go from it slightly right and after some 10 steps of walking on pathless terrain we reach the indistinct peak Turn.
