First, we drive to Murska Sobota, and then we continue driving towards Moravske Toplice. In Moravske Toplice, at the roundabout, we continue in the direction of Prosenjakovci and we continue driving on a slightly ascending road which we then follow to asphalt parking lot right next to the cemetery.
Path description:
From the parking lot by the cemetery we continue on a sidewalk, that is gently ascending parallel with the road. The road then passes into a lane of a forest, where we will on the left side notice hunting lodge of hunting family Moravci. The road soon again passes out of the forest and a little further brings us to a crossroad, where sidewalk ends. We continue on the left main road which at first slightly descends, and after a short ascent, it brings us in Zgornje Moravce, where we again step on a sidewalk. Only a little further, we step on a panoramic peak, where there is a larger chapel and next to it a cemetery. Next follows a short relatively steep descent, and then the road brings us to a bigger crossroad, where we continue slightly right in the direction of Hungary and village Selo (left Murska Sobota). The road which continues with some shorter ascents and descents, then past orchards, fields and vineyards quickly brings us in the village Fokovci. Behind the village Fokovci we come in the village Selo, where from the right side joins the road from the village Vučja Gomila. We continue straight and after few minutes of additional walking, we get to evangelical church in Selu.
From the mentioned church we continue on the asphalt road which past the fire station brings us to the next crossroad. We continue left on the bottom road (direction Rotunda), that starts steeply descending towards the bottom part of the village. When after a short descent road flattens, we will on the left side of it notice a smaller wooden log cabin (tourist information center Selo) and next to it inscription box with a stamp of extended Slovenian mountain hiking trail.
From the mentioned log cabin we can in 5 minutes walk to near rotunda of St. Nikolaj in Selo.
