Description:
Punta Formin is a magnificent massif located on the border ridge between the municipalities of Cortina d'Ampezzo and San Vito di Cadore in the eastern Dolomites.
It runs between the ridges Croda da Lago – Cernera and Passo Giau.
The long and impressive 350-meter-high western wall drops very steeply beside the road from Cortina to Passo Giau – where there is also the highest-lying road pass at 2236 m.
