Hello family, friends and followers! Welcome to another addition of the Dower Duo Appalachian Trail journey. In this episode we hiked through New York, Connecticut and have entered Massachusetts. We also hiked over 1,500 miles this week and will soon be entering Vermont, our third to last state. We are doing really well! We have a huge trail family (10 hikers) at the moment and it never makes for a dull moment. Like said in the video we did have a couple set backs but non major!
