Video dedicated to a beautiful Social Hike of CAI Liguria Genoa Section aiming at the ascent of Monte Orsiera. After climbing Monte Rocciavrè the previous day, it was time to climb Monte Orsiera. We ascended from Rifugio Selleries via Vallone del Ciardonnet, the East Channel of Colletto dell'Orsiera and the West Ridge to the North Summit (with descent to the col and ascent along the summit ridge also to the South Summit). Descent to the homonymous col and return to Rifugio Selleries via the same itinerary followed uphill (normal route from Rifugio Selleries). Hike organized by Piero Achelli and Stelvio Lanzone, with 14 participants, done on 24 and 25-9-2016 with overnight at the excellent Rifugio Selleries. Great hike and full satisfaction for all participants! This mountain rightfully ranks among the most interesting or 'unmissable' destinations of Val Chisone and Central Cozie Alps.
