The Tre Cime di Lavaredo, located on the border between the extreme north of the province of Belluno and the Tre Cime/3 Zinnen region in Alta Pusteria in South Tyrol, are perhaps the most famous mountains in the world, the most photographed and most present on postcards and calendars worldwide. Easily reachable and historically important, they have always been a very popular tourist destination for nature lovers for the views offered and their unique structure. They have also attracted over the decades numerous climbers, mountaineers and in recent years free climbing and sport climbing enthusiasts. On the Tre Cime di Lavaredo there are indeed countless classic alpine routes of all grades that have been created.
