In my parts, gnocchi are eaten at carnival, I decided to go eat them on the snow. Wonderful winter hike to Rifugio Venezia, at the foot of Pelmo in the heart of the Venetian Dolomites. The path is simple and the panorama truly stunning, I was lucky to find a wonderful day and practically perfect snow.
