Description:
Unfortunately the scant snow that fell is melting away, we must adapt to the situation. We climbed this valley hoping for substantial cover but found none. Still worth considering for a quiet outing with proper snowpack. Continuing up reaches Rocca dell'Abisso, not for everyone but truly beautiful with right snow. Typically towards spring. Always mind snow conditions and avoid high avalanche risk zones. Happy hikes, ARVA shovel probe always!!
