Description:
This Vlog follows my trip before during and after my first attempt at an Ironman during the 2019 Arizona Ironman. If you are not familiar, an Ironman is 140 miles of working out all in a row: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run. Most people who attempt one are crazy and I would consider myself one of those people.
