We leave the Pomurska highway at the Gančani exit and then follow the signs for Bogojina and Moravske Toplice. From the second roundabout (if coming from Lendava, this is the first roundabout), after leaving the highway, we drive toward Moravske Toplice and immediately turn right, parking in a lot by the highway.
Path description:
From the parking lot, we return to the main road, where we immediately notice blazes of the European footpath E7, and we first carefully cross the main road, then continue towards Moravske Toplice. The path ahead leads us along the main road, initially through the forest, and after crossing the river Ledave, along the edge of fields.
After less than 30 minutes of walking, we reach a crossroad where the European footpath continues left towards Ivanci, and we carefully cross a side road and continue for a short time along the main road towards Bogojina. A little further, a macadam road branches off to the left, which we take, and from there a nice view opens up on the gravel pit Ivanci.
