Kočevska dolina - Hunting cottage Urška

Access to starting point:
From highway Ljubljana - Koper we go to the exit Unec and follow the road ahead in the direction of Cerknica. Further, we drive through Cerknica, Martinjak and Grahovo to the village Bloška polica, where at the crossroad we continue right in the direction of village Lož (straight Sodražica, possible also access from this side). Only a little after the village Lož we come to Stari trg pri Ložu, where we continue left in the direction of village Markovec. In the village Markovec we continue left in the direction of Knežje njive and then we drive on an ascending road which higher brings us to the next crossroad. We continue straight (left Knežja njiva) on a macadam road by which we then park on one of the smaller parking lots.

Path description:
From the starting point, we continue on the road by which we've parked. Relatively gentle road soon brings us out of the forest on a larger meadow, where it makes a distinct right turn. The road then goes again in the forest and a little further brings us to a smaller crossroad. We continue straight and the road which is still only slightly ascending we follow to the road sign 6km. Only good 100 meters after the mentioned sign we come to the next crossroad, where we leave "main" road and we continue right on the forest road which after few minutes of additional walking brings us to the hunting cottage Urška.
