Selo (log cabin TIC Selo) - Chapel in Zgornji Moravci

Access to starting point:
From the road Murska Sobota - Moravske Toplice, we drive to the settlement Martjanci, where at the crossroad we turn left in the direction of Sebeborci (from the direction Moravske Toplice - right). Further, we drive through Sebeborci, Andrejci, Fokovci to Selo, where the road starts descending. Lower, we cross the stream Kobiljski potok and only a little further we get to the parking lot at log cabin TIC Selo, where we park.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we on the main road return few minutes back, and soon after crossing stream Kobiljski potok we go left on a side road (on the road straight we can get to Murska Sobota). Next follows a relatively short ascent on a panoramic road, and after few minutes we get to a little wider road which we cross diagonally towards the right and we continue on another side road. About 50 meters ahead we go right in the direction of Pomurje mountain trail, where behind the nearby house the asphalt ends, and macadam road quickly leads into the forest, through which we descend into a smaller valley, where the road turns left. At the end of the turn, at the hunting observatory we leave the road and we go right on a cart track, on which we slightly ascend to the forest, where the cart track splits.
We continue on a marked path which continues between the both cart tracks, and because the path is poorly beaten it is poorly visible, so we carefully follow the blazes. After few minutes of the ascent, the path turns right and flattens, and for few steps it also descends. Next follows a short overgrown part, and then we continue by the edge of the forest, and when we reach a grassy cart track we ascend there to the nearby macadam road which we reach only few steps away from the asphalt road.
We continue on the asphalt road right, and after few 10 meters we go from there left on a cart track, by which there are signs for Pomurje mountain trail. Cart track starts descending and lower it brings us into the forest, where we go right on a footpath, on which we descend a little more, and we quickly reach another cart track, on which we continue right downwards. When we reach the valley we cross the stream Sukičev potok, where we go right by the hunting observatory, and when a little ahead we again step into the forest, we ascend on a cart track to a smaller hamlet. At the houses, we reach an asphalt road which we follow to the left, and there we get to a crossroad with the priority road, where we go right. Next follows a shorter ascent and we reach a little wider road, where a marked path towards Moravske Toplice continues straight, and we go left (right - Fokovci and Selo - on the road) and with increasingly beautiful views we quickly ascend to the chapel in Zgornji Moravci.
