Description of mountain hut:
Mountain hut "dr. Maks Plotnik" better known as Dom pod Okićem is situated on a meadow below the western rocky slopes of the peak Okić. The mountain hut is for vehicles accessible from Samobor and it is the starting point for the ascent on Okić, which is a popular climbing area in this part of Croatia.
The mountain hut is open on weekends, but because a lot of mountaineers go on Okić it is often too small for everyone.
