Gače

Description of mountain:
Gače is a popular tourist destination of nature lovers, at the same time also the only ski center in Dolenjska (SC Bela), which in the winter offer pleasant skiing, and throughout the year pleasant walks on a grassy slope. From the top is a nice view towards Dolenjska and towards the north to Kamnik and Savinja Alps.
Gače are otherwise abandoned village, which used to be inhabited by Gottscheers already more than 600 years back. Village remained without permanent residents already before 1st world war.
