Kalanov hrib or Kalanček, as the locals like to call it, is a peak is which is located above Gladež, settlement at Izlake in municipality Zagorje ob Savi. It is one of the most popular and the most visited hills in the northwestern part of the municipality. Top of the hill towards the north offers a view towards Čemšeniška planina, Menina planina and Golte. Towards the south there is a breathtaking view towards Pleše, Marela, Vrh, Kum, and also Javor, Mrzlica and Vrhi towards the northeast. The hill is easily accessible, to the top leads a lot of paths, and on the top we get to a clearing with already mentioned views and also an inscription book and the bench and table to rest.
