Survey point 1313 was in the first world war a position of Austro-Hungarian artillery observatory. From the position 1313, which is situated by the immediate vicinity of indistinct peak Veliki Rob, and southeast from a better known Rombon a nice view opens up on basin Bovška kotlina, and peaks which surround it. By the ruins of artillery observatory, there is also an inscription box.
