Miklavžev hrib (Miklavški hrib)

Description of church:
Miklavžev hrib (Miklavški hrib) is situated on the right bank of river Savinja. On the top there is a church of St. Miklavž built around the year 1400 and through history several times extended and a lookout tower. This hill was according to reliable sources the first inhabited part in the surroundings of Celje. Because of a timber rafting in the valley it is dedicated to this saint.
