Old cottage on Kanin, where there used to be mountain hut Dom Petra Skalarja, is situated below Krlišče at an altitude 1814 meters. Today from the mountain hut, which burned down on the new year 1972, only ruins are left, but at the spot, where there was situated the mountain hut they've built a metal container.
