Pečke

Description of mountain:
Pečke is easily accessible and lately less and less visited peak, which is located north from the main ridge of Pohorje. More visits it get only for 1st May, when up there a traditional hike is taking place. A view is because of the trees limited, we can nicely see part of Maribor and Kozjak, on the other side, in good weather also Koralpe / Golica in Austria. On the summit, there is a hunting cottage with tables, benches and children's playground. Nearby is a signpost, and also a nice marked path towards Glažuta, Areh and forward. You can also go to a lookout tower above Bolfenk or towards wine growing Meranovo.
