Škrbinjek

Description of mountain:
Škrbinjek is a 1341-meter-high peak situated in the Julian Alps and Triglav National Park. The summit is located 2 km south-southwest from the settlement Kranjska Gora or southwest from Lake Jasna. It is the closest and smallest peak, sharply rising between the valleys of Mala Pišnica and Velika Pišnica. The name likely derives from numerous rocky notches below its peak, which are useful for smaller climbing endeavors. At the top, there is a box with an inscription book and a splendid view of the mountains rising above the Krnica Valley.
