Vrholanov vrh (Ravne pri Šoštanju)

Description of mountain:
Ravne pri Šoštanju or Ravne are diverse settlement in municipality Šoštanj. At the beginning of the village is situated mansion Gutenbichl from 16th century, which is surrounded by nice baroque park of which last owners were leather family Vošnjak from Šoštanj. On the hill of hamlet Pristava stand ruins of the castle Forhtenek from 14th century. Inhabitants of Ravne are mostly mountain farmers, and in lower dense part of the settlement newly settled inhabitants from neighbouring because of mining flooded village Družmirje.
