Zbelovo castle

Description of mountain:
Zbelovo castle is situated above the settlement of Zbelovo between Poljčane and Loče above the right bank of the Dravinja. It is somewhat below the summit of Zbelova gora. Poorly preserved, in ruins. It had its golden age between the 13th and 16th centuries, when ownership changed among several knightly families. At that time it was probably the most important point between Žička kartuzija to the west and the Dominican monastery in Studenice to the east.
