Dvorec Rakičan - Gravel pit Vučja jama (on field path)

Access to starting point:
We leave Pomurska highway at exit Lipovci, and then we follow the signs for Murska Sobota - vzhod (east). When we get to the settlement Rakičan we turn left towards mansion Dvorec Rakičan, where we park at an appropriate place.

Path description:
From the parking lot, we return to the main road, we carefully cross it (it is safer, if we cross it at approximately 500 meters distant pedestrian crossing -it is located in the direction of the hospital), and then we continue left and we are walking on a sidewalk to the first turn-off of the road on the right. Further, we on the right side bypass a nearby company, and then we continue on a worse macadam road which leads us among fields. When we reach a narrower asphalt road we go right (left - eastern part of the settlement Rakičan), and we walk there only few minutes, because at the first turn-off we go left. The path ahead leads us on a cart track which runs among fields. After some time, we cross a narrower lane of a forest, and from the left joins another field path. A little further, we get closer to the highway, and from the crossroad we continue right so that we short time continue parallel with the highway. At the next crossroad, we go left through the underpass (to the right we can on another path get to Rakičan), on the other side of the highway we go immediately left. Approximately 50 meters further, the path splits, and we go slightly right, so that we gradually go away from the highway. Only a little further, we get to the next crossing, where we continue straight, after that among the fields we continue to the parking lot at the gravel pit Vučja jama.
Here we go left and in few steps we get to the lake.
