Krvava Peč - Forestry cottage Pri logarnici

Access to starting point:
From south Ljubljana bypass highway, we go to the exit Ljubljana - Rudnik and we continue driving towards Ig. At the roundabout in Ig, we continue "left" (direction exit Kurešček) and then after few 100 meters sharply right uphill (again direction Kurešček). Further, we drive on a relatively wide and ascending road which we then follow through the village Škrilje and Golo to the village Osredek, where we continue right in the direction of Krvava Peč. Further, we drive on a little narrower road which we then follow to Center of veterans for the war for Slovenia. There we continue right and then we park on an appropriate place by the road.

Path description:
At the crossroad few 10 meters above Center of veterans for the war for Slovenia (Dom veteranov vojne za Slovenijo) we continue right in the direction of Kurešček (straight Iški Vintgar) and we continue on a slightly ascending road. Higher, the road gradually passes into the forest and after few minutes of ascent brings us to the marked crossroad, where we continue sharply left (straight past a gate abyss Repičnikovo brezno). The road ahead ascends in few hairpin turns, and then it gradually flattens. We continue through more or less dense forest and we follow the road to the next marked crossroad (smaller crossroads by the path, we ignore and we continue on "main" road), where we continue left (straight Kurešček). We continue the ascent on a gently sloping road which soon brings us on an indistinct saddle between Lomnik (1005 meters) and Božičev štand (990 meters), after which the road gradually starts descending. Next follows few minutes of descent and the road brings us to a crossroad of multiple roads. Here we continue slightly right (not sharply right) we cross a short lane of a forest and then we get to the forest cottage Pri logarnici.
