Lovrenc na Pohorju - Sveti Ignacij (Rdeči Breg) (via Povh and Brabar)

Access to starting point:
A) From the road Maribor - Dravograd, between HE Fala and HE Ožbalt we turn left towards Lovrenc na Pohorju (from the direction of Dravograd we turn right). On the other side of the Drava we start ascending along Radoljna, and at the marked crossroad we go slightly right on the main road towards Lovrenc na Pohorju. When we get to the settlement Lovrenc na Pohorju we follow the main road, in the center of the settlement we turn right towards the primary school, where we park on the parking lot by the school. We can also park elsewhere in the settlement, where there are some arranged free parking spots.
B) We drive into Ruše, and then we follow the road towards Lovrenc na Pohorju. In the settlement Činžat we get to a saddle, where the road starts descending, and lower we go left towards Lovrenc na Pohorju. When we get to the settlement Lovrenc na Pohorju we follow the main road, in the center of the settlement we turn right towards the primary school, where we park on the parking lot by the school. We can also park elsewhere in the settlement, where there are some arranged free parking spots.

Route description:
From the parking lot, we continue on the left road (the right road leads to the recreational settlement), which continues towards the west and soon splits. We continue on the right road, which starts descending through the forest, and lower we arrive at the stream Slepnica, where we reach another road and a marked junction.
We continue left in the direction of Lehna na Pohorju and Radelj ob Dravi (right and then left to sv. Ignacij via Kapus and the hunting cottage (Glančnik)) and continue walking on the flat asphalt road, which leads us through the valley. Soon a second path branches off to the right towards sv. Ignacij (path via Zgornji Dobnik), and we continue on the flat asphalt road, walking along it to the confluence of Slepnica and Povhov potok, where the road splits.
We continue on the side right road in the direction of the Dobnik hut, where we first still walk on the asphalt road. A little further from the road, a road branches off to the right to the Dobnik hut (private land), and we continue straight ahead and follow the road to the next junction, from which we go left in the direction of the homesteads Grobelnik and Povh.
We continue on the steeper road, which continues through the forest, and higher we bypass the aforementioned homesteads on the left side.
Higher we reach a small saddle, where on the left we notice a cross, and we go from the road and the junction right onto the cart track (the left road descends towards the settlement Lehna na Pohorju, the right one leads to a few more homesteads).
The path ahead leads us along the cart track, along which the blazes are quite rare; a little further on, when we reach a somewhat wider cart track, we continue right (if we continue left, the cart track ends quickly), first slightly downhill, and when we approach the road, we continue straight ahead and still continue along the cart track. We walk a few steps along the wider cart track, then go slightly left onto the steeper cart track, which soon brings us out of the forest, where we notice signs for the church of sv. Ignacija. We continue through a strip of forest, then arrive at the Brabar homestead, where we approach the macadam road again. We bypass the homestead on the left side, then head slightly right and ascend to the edge of the forest, where the path splits.
We continue on the slightly left cart track, along which there are signs for sv. Ignacija (straight to the hunting cottage Glančnik); further on there are some junctions, where we choose the cart track that ascends, and at some junctions we can also notice signs or faded blazes. Higher the path becomes more scenic; at the sign we reach the asphalt road, which we follow to the left.
The path ahead also leads past the Žumar homestead, and behind it from the junction we continue slightly right towards sv. Ignacij. We continue along the macadam road, which crosses a strip of forest, then with nice views we bypass the Hleb homestead on the right side, and behind it we quickly arrive at the church of sv. Ignacija.
