Oplotnica - Brinjeva gora (above Zreče) (on forest path)

Access to starting point:
A) We leave the highway at exit Slovenske Konjice and we go right on roundabout, which we leave on first exit, direction Slovenska Bistrica. We drive through Tepanje, and then in the settlement Novo Tepanje at the crossroad we turn left, direction Oplotnica - Osankarica. We follow the road until we get to a crossroad right before Oplotnica, we turn left and we drive through the town. On the main crossroad in the settlement we drive straight, direction Kebelj - Osankarica. Almost immediately after the crossroad we notice on the left a smaller park with partisan memorial and mountain signs. We park by the road.
B) We leave the highway at exit Slovenska Bistrica - Jug (south) and we follow the signs in the direction of Slovenske Konjice - Celje. When we drive from Slovenska Bistrica, at the larger crossroad we turn right, direction Oplotnica - Osankarica. All the time we stick to the main road, until we get to Oplotnica. On the main crossroad in the settlement we drive straight, direction Kebelj - Osankarica. Almost immediately after the crossroad we notice on the left a smaller park with partisan memorial and mountain signs. We park by the road.

Path description:
We go through park and over wooden bridges, and on the road we at first turn left, after that soon right on the road Goriška cesta, which a little further starts ascending. We all the time follow the road. We soon get to the top of the hill, where we go straight, direction Kovaški Vrh. We descend and we continue left past woodworking company on the road which soon comes in the forest. In the forest at the crossroad we continue straight (right Kovaški Vrh). We follow local road, and soon signpost points us left on a smaller road which at the chapel passes into a macadam. From there we continue on a macadam to the forest. We don't turn left on a marked path, but we continue on the macadam road and just by the end of the forest we turn left on a smaller path, which is cutted out through bushes. If we are on the right path, already after few moments we get to a smaller bridge over the stream, which we cross and we soon turn right on a forest cart track. We follow the blazes and we continue on a cart track higher in the forest, and we soon turn right on a smaller path which leads through bushes. Here some trail blazes might be missing, therefore be careful. We soon again come into thinner forest, where frequent blazes lead on a nice and wide path. On the path we cross another cart track, and after some time we come out of the forest and on the edge of a meadow, we ascend to an asphalt road which we cross and we continue in the forest, where we immediately turn left on a wide path. We ascend on staircase, and we soon get to a crossing, where blazes point us to the left. We continue on increasingly steep and rocky path, and we soon get to a crossing, where on the left a sign warns for path Boštjanova pot (very demanding climbing path, marked with big red dots). We stick to a marked path and we are turning right on an increasingly steep path which runs on the ridge of Brinjeva gora. We soon come out of the forest right behind the church of Mother of God on Brinjeva gora.
We continue past the church and into the forest. Blazes brings us exactly to a viewpoint on the top of Brinjeva gora.
