We drive to the former barracks in Škofja Loka, where we park.
Path description:
From the starting point, we at first walk to a crossing and then we turn left. The path is slowly moderately ascending, when we join the macadam road after 30 seconds of walking, we turn left and we are already on the top of Veliki Kamntinik.
From the top, we descend on the same path to a crossing and we continue towards the climbing area. A little before the climbing area we turn on a footpath which takes us to Mali Kamnitnik (417 meters) and we continue through the forest. When we come to a cave, we continue on the road and past street Tavčarjeva ulica, or on a macadam path to the parking lot (shorter path).
