Description of mountain:
Kamniti lovec is a popular tourist destination above Trbiž. Because of short access, which is shortened by the cableway on Višarje it is well visited. To the summit on which stands a cross bring us two paths. First, which is used by majority of mountaineers and is also easier comes from Svete Višarje, and the second harder from the valley Zajzera on a marked footpath over saddle Prašnik. Even the easier path in the last part demands quite some caution. Otherwise from Kamniti lovec is a very nice view towards Viš and Montaž and its neighbouring peaks. There are also Slovenian peaks, where reign Mangart and Jalovec. And towards the north there is a view on Carnic Alps behind which we see a little higher Austrian mountains.
