I think the identification is not correct. From the photos I concluded that the alpine hawkbit has leaves like dandelion - strongly lobed. Probably this is the high mountain hawkbit - Leontodon montanus subsp. montanus - everything fits - leaves, height, hairy pappus, appropriate flower.
