I wouldn't dare claim that it's lasuljasti. In Slovenia, three knapweeds with these hairs grow: lasuljasti, peresasti, and ozkoluskasti. Only peresasti has one flower per stem. The other two have multiple flowers on the branched stem. So at this picture, it would be peresasti.

The image indeed shows feathered knapweed, Centaurea uniflora subsp. nervosa.
