I wouldn't dare claim that it's lasuljasti. In Slovenia, three knapweeds with these hairs grow: lasuljasti, peresasti, and ozkoluskasti. Only peresasti has one flower per stem. The other two have multiple flowers on the branched stem. So at this picture, it would be peresasti.
