We started in Steinadorf, after a short steep path we reached the waterfall; actually, there were two. We continued on a steep trail to the meadow and asphalt road. For some time along the road past two farms, then again steeply uphill to a clearing with a ruined hut, from there along the forest track to the plowed road. When we reached the ridge path we were already walking on a meter-deep snow cover. The snow hardness mostly kept us on top. The trail took us to the main road, which we did not leave until the tourist settlement. For the return we chose a forest road which also had more than a meter of snow; we were looking for hard ground, when we were not successful we sank up to our butts. Soon we reached the plowed forest road, later our walked path. From the farm to the car, we no longer left the asphalt.

In 2014 hikers from PD Rašica Ljubljana went in the snow to Osojščica. This year on this beautiful autumn Saturday I am there again. We did a loop. Maybe Tadej will show it. It was nice, dry weather. The valley hid in the fog. When you reach about 1300m altitude you bask in the autumn sun. The starting point was the parking lot below Sepphutte hut, there is also a ski slope there. It is at 1423m height. They snowgroom with snowcats. The pistes are nice - wide enough and not too steep. Ahead through the weekend settlement, past two saddles - Albkehre-1555m and Finsterbach-1650m. Follows Pollinger Hutte hut-1656m. Also here beautiful ski slope. Ahead across pasture and to new ski slope. Here I would come to ski, because no extreme steepness. In between we see also Celtic site. Finally after good three hours we arrive at Osojščica summit, where several hotels and other catering facilities. Of course now all closed. Even building something. Back we go of course by other path back to starting point past Deutscher Turna and Asian rock garden. Somehow two hours the path to starting point takes, where fire brigade of whole group also gathers. It was nice. We had fun.
This time the bus brought us to the starting point because students joined us.1

Pleasant path but unfortunately quite steep and rocky leads us back to the starting point.43
