Friday, 6.4.2018, ski touring descent

Gorgeous day, it would be a sin to wish for better. Road to starting point dry, there lots of snow right away. All on skis, no snowshoes and no tracks seen. Summit steeper part, used srenači since skins quite bald, most without. Views divine, snow great, descent to treeline fantastic, lower heat harmed snow a bit. Highly recommend nasmeh

27.7.2020 Preber/Preberspitz/For the first day of extraordinary leave we chose Preber summit high 2740 m a.s.l. Preber is one of the most popular ski mountains in Schladminger Tauern in winter, but it is also very popular in summer.
Preber summit is located directly on the border between the federal states Salzburg and Styria.
At the foot of Preber is Prebersee, which is the starting point for most mountain tours to Preber, but we MI2 chose another starting point, namely at the parking Klausnerberg-Säge-Krakau, because the ascent runs mostly along the ridge and offers excellent views of high and low tours.
