this hike is gorgeous end of spring or early summer when everything blooms. In this inn you get the key for the forest road barrier (for a few €) and drive very high (ca.1500m), so then the whole lovely day you hike around the nearby peaks and photograph flowers. It's worth calling the inn beforehand to find out what's already blooming and what will still bloom, i.e. if it's already the right time to visit. It's really wonderful, the road to the upper parking regularly maintained macadam.
