By installing barbed wire and fences - sorry - "technical elements", as politicians call it - we've obviously driven away the winter snowy weather fronts too. These stop kilometers before the Slovenian-Austrian border due to xenophobia, so to make turns in powder you need to drive a bit deeper to northern neighbors in Tyrol...
