Five hikers gathered on the Adriatic highway, a jump to Makarska, coffee, wait for the ferry to Brač. Bol, Veli Rat, view towards the 780 m high Vidova gora, everything enchants us. One day we head to the Blaca monastery, this wonder one must simply see and hear the stories that seem unbelievable to you, but are true. The path from the parking lot downhill to the monastery is nicely marked, for next time the goal is also descent down the goat path to Bol (3 hours). The Blaca monastery on Brač we really must not miss, no wonder some take all guests to see Blaca.... On the second day the trio conquers the highest peak Vidova gora, the path from Bol is so nicely marked and routed that you don't feel the ascent at all, and you're already at the top - if only everyone had such weather as we had!!! We saw the famous Veli Rat, Hvar, Vis... on the other side to Split. Some more wandering, swimming and on the way home the beauties of the Krka waterfalls nature park, wonderful.
