well we have nice hills here, just not well known to you and peaks not high (up to cca 1500m), but nature is beautiful...
this tour takes full 2 hours velik nasmeh

(read: nothing) but it's very nice, for me training cuz close to river...
for car take Rijeka-Zagreb road which splits right at toll booths on Grobnik. Then steeply uphill on road (hairpins) another cca 10 km or bit less and under Kamenjak you are (nice ridge on right side of road)

Blue sky, sparkling sea, compact rock and comfortable mulattier paths. What could be better? nasmeh

Excellent conditions, quite warm and almost no wind.

From road along path past bunker to summit then direct down.
Sun at the start, short shower in between and strong wind on north side kept me company jezik
