From Gračac I turn towards Udbina to the village Bruvno, from there right to Mazin to "Mazinjski prijevoj", where there is a signpost for the summit.
The path starts on a gravel road, after cca. 3 km there is a barrier and the road is already bad up to here, so I recommend parking the car somewhere before the turnoff right to the houses. From the barrier go another bad 2 km on the road, at the right bend the path turns left to the forest. There follows a steep ascent to the summit, which can be unpleasant when wet, so there is also a cable.
From the summit, which is a point of the Croatian alpine circuit, there is a nice view in all directions.
For the ascent on the gravel road I recommend a bike.
