Beautiful hike in the Carnic Alps, not far from Tolmezzo. Although more of a hill than a mountain, both together require around 1000m of ascent on a locally very steep path, which can be demanding in snow, especially icy. Wonderful views of the Carnic and Julian Alps and the But valley (also Canale di San Pietro), one of the seven valleys in Carnia. Here too silence loudly whispered to us ...
