Wonderful trip near Forni Avoltri. On the way up I checked out the huts Casera Bordaglia di sotto and Casera Bordaglia di sopra, lakes Bordaglia and Pera, the summit of Navagiust; enjoyed views of the nearby Monte Volaio (Wolayer Kopf) and Cimo Ombladet, also on Chiadin and mountains above Sapaddo and countless still unknown peaks in the near and far surroundings; descent past upper and lower Sissanis hut. Near Sissanis saddle marmots kept us company, which loudly whistled when they spotted us; along the path we enjoyed views of mountain flowers.

Turbo suggested we climb with Dora, our little dog, to this mountain above lakes Bordaglia and Pera. We accepted the challenge, did the route in the opposite direction from last time and were grateful for the advice. In the last part it's a bit steeper, but Dora had no problems. Wonderful views, mountain interesting also due to strategic war position, as this area is junction of three valleys. On the way back we stopped also at the waterfall and very interesting potholes, which is also worth seeing.

It was so nice the first time that I could hardly wait to visit it again. Years pass by, say nothing; age persistently chases me like the others. But with some effort and good will I persistently escape it and for now I'm still a good step, if not two, ahead. I won't easily trade the horse for a donkey either, if at all, maybe for a slower "breed" so I don't gallop unnecessarily over the peaks velik nasmeh

Parking lot under the mineral water filling station of course still free and without barrier, today quite full. I went up the valley, past the marble quarry, and at the top of the paved slope or a bit further, turned towards Sissanis saddle. To there past lower and upper Sissanis pasture, nice casera at the lower one, and over the insolently hard snowfield or remnants of avalanche. Quite cold in the shade, also some cold wind, from the saddle to the top warmer again and windless. Just before I approached the summit, two descended, so I enjoyed the solitude up there alone, which I love solitary. Divine, life with a capital L, enchanting views, countless already visited peaks around and with that a sea of precious memories wherever I turned. While enjoying dolce far niente I properly tied my soul, then willy-nilly headed towards the valley. To the saddle casually, there a bit of viewing by Pera lakelet, then past casera Bordaglia to the lake of the same name. Like on the summit also here alone, a few long moments for memories and wishes here too, then back up to the casera and from there down to the car. At the end by the gorges of Bordaglia stream, they are really beautiful. Excellent nasmeh
