Starting point: parking lot P4 at Lake Braies. Along the left shore of the lake to the junction, continue on path "58" to the saddle Forcella di Lavina Bianca (Weißlahnscharte) and from there left to the summit. Some secured spots, path always undemanding. Great views from the top, in better weather than I had, of course even nicer and farther-reaching. No crowds on the path, alone uphill and at the summit, six of them downhill. Anyway, a less known and thus less visited peak near the massively visited lake Lago Braies. Definitely worth it nasmeh

In summer the parking regime is such that you can drive to the lake until 9.30 am and after 4 pm, from 9.30 am to 4 pm you must reserve parking online in advance:

I arrived at P4 at 7.01 am and left at 12.40 pm and paid exactly 20€ for that time.

The weather held quite well, so we continued exploring the Braies Dolomites. This time we took on the range on the left side of the lake. Here the path goes to two peaks, namely the slightly more demanding Sasso del Signore and the easy Sasso Rosso di Braies. Both are somehow in the same line, so we combined them into a nice loop. To the pass Sella dei Camosci the path is a bit more high-alpine, on the other side nice wandering through wavy terrain. We descended via another valley and were back at the start too soon nasmeh

This time we also park at P3 parking lot near the hotel by Brajniško jezero.

At the hotel we turn left. Photographers of all sorts already gather here early in the morning.

Frost bites, but apparently not enough for some :)

They mind their own business and we continue. We search for the sign for path 58.

This is the subpeak of our target. The latter is hidden in the background due to the viewpoint.

First a short ascent over scree, then it turns into a nice path.

We are already at the Forcella di Lavina Bianca saddle. Here is also the branch-off to our summit.

The path runs across rocky terrain, marked by red dots.

Some exposed places are protected with a steel cable.

We are going to that dome. First we must descend along the exposed track.

Sasso del Signore, also Herrstein, 2447 m high peak. The cross at the top is much higher :)

This is where we go. Below is the path we will climb to the pass Sella dei Camosci.

This time our path is the one with number 28.

The crevices on the scree are of incredible size. They easily reach 10 m and more in depth.

Gamsovo sedlo is already behind us. Climbing to the nearby peak Sasso Rosso di Braies.

This one too is crowned by a large cross, but the summit area is wide and grassy.

In the central part is Picco di Vallandro, which we visited recently.

We will continue along this wide valley.

A descent to the saddle follows, then a slight descent. The photo shows the view to the just-visited Sasso Rosso di Braies.

The saddle is already far behind us, while we walk through the beautiful valley :)

At the next junction we turn right and descent into the valley follows, We are still on path 28.

Interesting rocks. It looks as if someone had concreted the slope :)

We quickly reach the lake. Then follows the return along the left side and we are already at the starting point.

If anyone has information regarding parking at Lake Braies: as far as I know, advance reservation and payment is needed for P4 and P3. I'm curious about the other parking lots and how far they are from the lake. Thanks and best regards.

As I read on the 3 Zinnen Dolomites site, entry to P3 and P4 is possible without reservation before 9:30 and after 16:00. For the in-between time, online payment of 40€ is required, of which 20€ is consumption. P1 and P2 are also payable if free. Exit is possible anytime.
