Teufelskamp is a 3511 m high peak located in the immediate vicinity of Großglockner. It is the neighboring mountain Glocknerwanda, also known as Hofmannspitze. The summit offers beautiful views, and the terrain also allows for nice ski touring that is not too demanding. My friend and I headed to this beautiful vantage point on Saturday, May 6th. The entire tour is presented on the link below: http://rokerzen.blogspot.si/2017/05/teufelskamp-3511-m-turna-smuka-pod.html Best regards, Rok

Neighboring peak of the besieged Grossglockner. With Rok we drove to the village of Kals, from there to the Lucknerhaus hut (1948m), which is the starting point for the ascent. We started walking at five in the morning, skis had to be carried to the Lucknerhütte hut at 2241 m. After a short break we continued to the Studlhütte (2801m), from there steeply uphill to the Teischnitzkees glacier, where wonderful views of the surrounding peaks open up. The glacier where we kept to the right side (walking under Glockner) is quite long and stretched. Just below the summit it started blowing strongly so we didn't stay long on the mountain. The ski descent went along the ascent route down to about 2150 m. Skiing on the glacier was somewhat monotonous, above and below Studlhütte excellent. Followed by a short half-hour walk to the starting point and drive home. Invited to view the photos on the link: http://matevzlavric.blogspot.si/2017/05/teufelskamp-3511-m-sosed-obleganega.html Regards, Matevž
