Via ferrata Sandro Pertini on Monte Stevia

From Selva Gardena, which is very nicely arranged, clean and friendly, we drove along Vallunga valley to the parking lot. Walk along the path for 20 minutes, then spot the via ferrata left in the wall. Besides a cairn by the path, no other signs, because apparently some are against this via ferrata as it's in a nature park. We learned about it in the village, not mentioned anywhere on our map or in my via ferrata book. But it's a very nice via ferrata, exposed, vertical, but well protected. Took us about an hour and a half to the top. Summit is completely green, with pastures and new hut. Descent via normal route. Not too crowded on this via ferrata either. Worth it!
