I've set up a more general topic so we won't open one for every via ferrata there.

Ferrata Colodri:

Ferrata Colodri leads to the top of Colodri - 400 m above the town of Arco, next to Riva del Garda.
The starting point is in front of the Arco autocamp and right after crossing the road we encounter the first signs directing us to the ferrata along the path among rock boulders where there is also a climbing kindergarten. After 10 minutes we reach the start of the cables which lead us along ledges in chimneys to the top of the ferrata. The ferrata is family-friendly and accordingly easy, max difficulty B. Attention should be paid to the smooth rock and the time of the visit. Most of the day it is exposed to the sun and it is quite hot in the summer months. If we visit it at the appropriate time of year, we can refresh ourselves with figs growing along the path. The ferrata is very popular, also with children, so patience is not superfluous. The hardest part is at the exit from which we step onto the gentle slope of Colodri hill. We follow the marks to the cross on the top and continue the descent along the path to the church Maria di Laghel. From there along the path under the castle we descend to the town of Arco and along the road back to the starting point. For the ascent and descent we need about 2 h. When in Arco, we should see the old part of the town, which was interesting to us due to the concentration of shops with hiking and climbing equipment. Prices in shops of world-famous brands with such equipment are the same as in Slovenia or even lower.

I finished my trip through Lombardy and Trentino on the famous ferrata Rino Pisetta - I'll write it under this topic although it is about 25 km from Lake Garda.

Access is from the roundabout in Sarche, past the sports hall (behind the hall the signs start). Due to fencing of plots, the start is a bit weird, but luckily signs are plentiful. To the entry ca 200 m elevation gain.

One must realize that ferrata Rino Pisetta was built in 1982. Although renovated several times (old pitons mostly cut off), the key problem is polished rock. Even shoes with excellent rubber mostly don't help. So one often has to push feet directly on slabs and all weight on arms. Consequently the difficulty feel is higher!
Hardest is the entry wall, right away first meters D and soon after E section. Also the second part is quite demanding (up to D, feel D/E). In between of course easier passages (A/B). Most beautiful is the airy upper part. As said, due to polished rock sometimes it is a real problem to find the rock part where the shoe grips properly. Additionally the ferrata runs often along wide cracks into which the foot easily gets caught (better not to guess what happens then). The most famous part to the top does not exceed D. From there on things are simpler (nowhere more than C).

From the bench on top the path descends past village Ranzo, where you turn left and right after small chapel left again. Follow first cart track, then old macadam road and then path always in the direction back to Sarche (marked). At the end descent over short wall with carved steps and then through forest to start.

With PD Železniki I went for two days - Saturday and Sunday - 22.-23.06 to Italy to climb ferratas in Arco. We started already at 3 a.m. from Železniki. Then followed about 500 km long drive through Italy - Trieste - through Po Valley past Verona. There we headed north across Brenner towards the town of Arco at Lake Garda. Unfortunately we waited two hours in the tunnel - disaster - in two queues. And towards the lake we moved more like snails, and thunderstorms followed. By plan we should have gone to ferrata Dell Amicizia already during the morning. Of course we were much too late, and everything was too wet. So after checking into the hotel we walked around the town Riva del Garda and climbed to fortress Bastione - 452 m. It is currently being renovated. Followed the hut and chapel of St. Barbara. The hut was unfortunately closed and there was no feast here. In front of the hut there is a turn right to the mentioned ferrata - where the plan was. On Sunday we drove very early to the village Biacesa, where the starting point for ferratas in this part of Arco is. We went to ferrata F. Sussatti and to summit Cima Capi. From there along ferrata M. Foletti to the hut. From the hut still to the nearby summit Cima Rocca. This ascent to this summit is particularly interesting, because the path goes through military trenches from WWI - obligatory use of lights. Exit even via ladder. Also here we have cables. Down we returned via the left path past chapel of St. Giovanni, which is next to the hut. The hut was operating here and had a lot of visitors. In a good hour we were at the starting point. Unlike Saturday, Sunday was a beautiful sunny day.
Accommodation in the town.1
There are as many hotels by the lake as you want. Here the overnight stay was in a 5-bed apartment for 150 euros.2
We explored the town and walked along the lake.3
Above the town we went to see the castle-Bastone from the 16th century-452m.4
The castle is currently being renovated. They are also building a new gondola that will take you to the castle from the town.5
The view of the lake shore is beautiful.6
We went to the hut, which was unfortunately closed.7
Near the hut there is also a turn-off to the right for the Dell Amicizia ferrata, which was our first goal - unfortunately unfulfilled.8
We also went to the St. Barbara chapel and returned to the lake.9
The second day it got serious - starting point in the village Biacesa.10
We go to climb the F. Sussatti ferrata and to the top Cima Rocca.11
All along the path we see the lake.12

The ferrata is excellently routed - we see the lake deep below all the time. It is rated from A to C. It is excellently secured.20
It leads to the summit Cima Capi.21

Back to the hut of course again through the trenches - attractive.34
We descend into the trenches by ladder into complete darkness.35
We crawl out of the trenches.36
Ugh, I crawled out of that darkness.37

The hut is supplied by motorbike.40
These are those typical little villages with narrow alleys. People nowhere.41

Not quite current... but as I understand, this topic is more meant for ideas/descriptions. True though, normally don't go hiking there midsummer... too hot velik nasmeh

Ferrata Gerardo Sega: on E slopes of Baldo, facing away from lake. Difficulty up to B/C. Feature is significant part "under roof", under huge overhang

Ferrata Via dell'Amicizia: on Italian forums often mock that it's not even ferrata. Well... with endless ladders really looks more like adventure park... no entry fee no staff velik nasmeh Offers spectacular views on Lake Garda.

For info: Che Guevara ferrata closed, supposedly till somewhere July

This year's May holidays we spent again at Lake Garda nasmeh

4 (or 5) ferratas, which are very different from each other velik nasmeh
- Rio Sallagoni: quickly could say it's (much older) twin of our Hvadnik
- Water Lady (Signora delle acque): 150m vertical D difficulty, spectacularly routed by waterfall
- Scaloni and Anglone: each has name, but just 2 short secured sections of circular path above Ceniga and Dro
- Colodri: short, scenic, fairly easy... for "morning walk" (later too hot).
