No. It seems it's not so obvious so I'll just reveal the answer. Just before you arrive at Logarska, there is a rest area with a larger parking lot by the road. This pinnacle can be seen from this rest area, if you look from the road in the direction of Klemence Peci. I'm not sure though if it's the pinnacle that is attached to Klemence peci (its name is Zob, there are also climbing routes to it), or if it's some other "lonely" pinnacle that is located in the immediate vicinity.
