Super descriptions... now I see, looking at your KSA traverse, that we did the climbing part of the path to Skuta together. I was with my daughters and we slowed you a bit towards the summit, under Štruca I remember you looking for that water sourcenasmeh

BRAVO Aleksander! You are really a great, great mountaineer or Bergmensch, like me too. Yes, probably you poisoned yourself with water and yes, garlic is really a miraculous natural remedy, I consume it often too. Water I prefer to buy in huts.

Gladly join you on some next weekend tours in the Alps, if you're up for it. More on ZS!

Excellent! BRAVO Aleksander

You enjoyed nicely in our hills and as I see - you weren't in a hurry at all, which is a prerequisite for enjoyment. Keep enjoying and stay safe!

@UROS1 Thanks! We'll arrange something when the weather is a bit less "harsh". I don't do heavy winter tours, respect to those who do. I think it was the water (not food, not Covid), well as you said buy water or run water through a water filter. Water filter is good to take along and no complications. For me it's a bit silly to always buy water, given that sometimes I drink 4-6 liters a day.

Very nice pictures of "Mountain cats"velik nasmeh Not on this tour, but on a previous one around Triglav Lakes I saw it.

"Proofs" about the tour really aren't necessary.nasmeh Those who have ever walked here believe it.
Interesting that so much elevation has accumulated in this area, 2500 per day.

@drapor it surprised me too, I expected more in a similar tour in KS, even more there. The Locus Map app shows me this much, but really didn't drive up anything by car, started from Mojstrana. But I recalculated the whole thing once more so no one says anything, for me 1 hour of manual work, sectional via https://poti.pzs.si/, something worked and got around 8750 m, unmarked peaks that it doesn't pull I counted based on differences on plastnice Rž-80 m, 85 m Mala Zelnarica, 120 m Kopica, 37 m Velika Tičarica, 36 m Vodnikov vršac). For rare sections that are https://poti.pzs.si/ too long, used Locus Map Web and deducted 10% of their figure. That should be accurate or even less than in reality. So objectively 2187m per day and I changed data to 8750m, so no one says anything.

Anyway, to be honest I don't feel like dealing with elevation meters too much, really don't. Rarely count them. Important that it's a good tour. Don't even time myself when going up.

Since the discussion turned to maps I made some comparison of them based on my field experience, as far as I know from my knowledge and observation. Mainly maybe interesting or useful to someone.

Uh, so much ballast, when one old map already tells you everything if you haven't been there yet.

Didn't you go to the 21st two-thousander (Kredarica 2539 m.a.s.l., 170 m northeast of Dom na Kredarici)?

Instead of comparing all possible different maps and calculating elevations on foot... you can import the track into gpx.studio (free site) and cut out errors there. E.g., when the device gets lost a bit and starts jumping up/down, here and there... Won't be 100% correct... but initial stats usually trimmed quickly by about 10% nasmeh

@taubi4 Right on the path though. Didn't count it.
Rž so close I couldn't count Kredarica those few meters either. Maybe someone would, but I didn't count Kredarica as separate peak. As suits one. Official peak if collecting them of course.
Poprovec so close to Kanjavec no real effort needed, borderline if count or not but I did. Both official two-thousanders afaik. Anyway you know better you've got 3/4 super!!! Congrats!!!
