Hello,
next week I plan to do a bike crossing over Pohorje. I would start in Maribor at the train station, end in Dravograd. Has anyone done the tour? Is it too much for 1 day?

I have done it twice already. I always started from the top of the cable car. To Dravograd it's about 85 km,... you can ride it comfortably in 8 hours with all breaks.

How long is it from the train station in Maribor to the top of the cable car? On Monday it doesn't run at 8am.

I have also ridden it from Kremžarov vrh to the upper cable car station and back. Around 150km, 13 hours riding. Once Velenje, Rogla, upper cable car station, MB and back.

Depends on which road/path you will bike to Pohorje, and also how fast you are or how much stamina you have. Nice forest road goes from Peker past Obrambni dom Pekre. It takes you right to the upper cable car station. Take some Pohorje hiking map in hand, it will be very helpful!
