Hi, the other day I talked to an alpinist and he told me outwet underwear is awesome, that supposedly all ultra athletes wear it, does anyone know more about it, and where can I get it?

Something similar is BRYNJE-super thermo, material 100% Meraklon (made in Norway), which is a bit thicker, mesh structure. For me, the complete set breathes excellently. Insulation happens not because of the material itself, but because of quick moisture exit outwards. The intermesh empty space creates a layer of its own thermal barrier, that's why it performs best also in harsh polar regions. Apparently you can buy it in K2 - Krakovski nasip 10, saw it also in BTC - bike shop Bauer.

OUTWET underwear I bought last year at the fair in Lj, wore WP3 shirt - most densely woven for coldest days, used it mainly in transitional time. Excellently wicks "sweat", and warms at the same time. Apparently it's a new revolutionary material Drajarn - check properties at www.outwet.si.
