Ajdna-Valvazor-Smokuški vrh-Završnica

We started our hike on a nice Sunday morning in the village Potoki. The path led us to Ajdna, then further to Valvazor hut, where we met our new colleague Dušan too. After the obligatory stop at Valvazor we went on nice walking paths, across countless pastures to Smokuška pasture. The path from Smokuška pasture to Smokuški peak and further over Gosjak, Brezniške peči went along ridges, and was very exposed in places. With our new colleague Dušan we descended to Završnica with obligatory stop at Pastirica. The entire route is fairly well marked except one part, where some orientation skills were needed. We covered the whole path in 8 hours. Pictures from the hike are available at the following address.
