Yesterday I made a trail from Pečk to Areh. From Areh to Mb. hut it's of course "highway". At Pečk 5 cm snow towards Areh more and more, at the top I'd say approx. 20 cm. To Pečk by car, no problem.

Today I headed to Pohorje to Bolfenka and from there to Areh. Although I had different plans which were a bit crossed by yesterday's snowfall in higher hills. The day was really nice and nature gives us a real fairy tale we don't even expect....winter and spring in one.

Yesterday 5.3. from Ruše to Areh and on to Žigartov vrh. Weather was excellent, only occasionally the wind pulled a bit stronger.

Some yesterday's pictures from the trip Šmartno na Pohorju - Ruška koča na Arehu - sv. Uršula - Šmartno na Pohorju.
Most of the trail was dry, where there was snow it was very wet.
The little bridges over streams were icy yesterday, so it was safer to cross the stream next to the bridges.
Didn't need gaiters, as the path was partially trodden.

That's how it was yesterday on the trail Fram - Potnikova smreka - Sv. Križ - Zarja - Ruška koča - Mariborska koča - Framski slap - Fram.
On the section between Ruška koča and Mariborska koča there is still some snow or ice here and there, otherwise the path is dry.
